Members of @buildingdiversity met with Ane Cortzen for @video.arka
A glimpse to our group in regards to topics of sexism, discrimination, equality and inclusivity and how those reflect into architecture.
We collectively spent time unfolding causes and effects in the field that source from mindsets that might be neglecting to hear, see and include who differs. Camera stopped rolling but yet the dialogue was leading towards more insights. An inspiring day of sharing.
Since then our group has grown to now more than 25 members and is on an ongoing journey of creating safe, accepting and caring spaces.
Open-ended dialogues are a powerful way to enrich and challenge what it is that we think we know. Be curious about the diversity of experiencing space, safety, accessibility, ownership, representation, inclusion is key to our ongoing journey.
